The SG Housing Statistics annual evictions return seeks information on eviction actions taken against Local Authority tenants. This includes: * the number of notices of proceedings issued * the number of cases proceeding to court * the number of eviction orders issued by the court * the number of actions resulting in an abandoned dwelling and * the number of actions resulting in an eviction * the number of post decree tenancies granted / technical evictions. For each of these categories, the number of actions taken on the grounds of anti-social behaviour are recorded.
