Description

The percentage of Sheriff Summary and District Court cases disposed of within 26 weeks of date of earliest caution and charge for any accused in the case, by the month that the case is first closed.

This information was published in order to monitor performance of the criminal justice system as part of the Summary Justice Reform (SJR) Monitoring and Evaluation project. As Summary Justice Reform changes are now embedded within the justice system, publication of this report ceased, with the Summary Justice Reform Performance Report: April 2010 - March 2012 being the last in the series.
